統一法令

本區的法令無視任何階段,為盟友必須遵守的最底線法令,違者斬。

S6 土地法(現行版本)

1. 保地原則
  1-1. 主城保 3 格,分城保 2 格,保地無論土地等級,若地主不同意皆禁止飛地或連地佔領。
  1-2. 所有成員嚴禁圈地,被檢舉者若屬實,請上繳總資源 50 萬並解除周圍圈地。

2. $飛地規範(已調整,不溯及既往)$
  2-1. &由於有盟友發現原本法令有漏洞,包含先打空地以後再去接壤高級地、在深夜(清晨時刻)告知對方以後飛地等爭議,即刻起修正土地法,但不溯及既往&
  2-2. &所有土地&(包含空地,1~10 級土地)須&先獲得對方的許可後才可飛地&。若對方在 6 小時內無回應,則視為許可。
  2-3. 熱戰區土地法以規則 7 為主。
  2-3. 佔地權是先鋪路抵達者,而非部隊抵達者;若出現同時鋪路,則以先到先佔領為基準。
  2-4. 如有土地糾紛,請先私下協調,如協調不果,&請直接截圖貼到 line 群組,進行仲裁&。
  2-5. 申訴者需善盡舉證義務,提供截圖證明,若無法提出證據,則不會受理。
  2-6. 處理原則:當證據被貼在大群的時候,經確認無誤者,違規飛地者將直接下野 3 天,再犯者永久下野。

3. 同盟開荒期體力刷完後請退盟,讓有體力的盟友進盟內刷同盟等級。

4. 戰事最關鍵的時間就是前面的 2-4 週,這將決定了賽季的走向,所以請各位一定要根據自己紅度和狀況優先練出 1-2 隊最能打的隊伍,保證幫助同盟前期取得優勢。而不是等到同盟都已經被打廢了或者是碾壓別人了才出來打架,那只是叫做無意義戰功。

5. 資源州遷城屆時依名單,指定時間及指定區域遷城,所有盟友禁止因各種任何私人原因擅自遷城至非指定區域,違者上繳總資源 300 萬,無視者以法令公告全盟並同時下野 48 小時且不保護領地。

6. 開戰前勢力值限制 25000,門神 28000,開戰後根據戰況再作調整,並另行公告。

7. 戰區不限制任何接地,但若不打架、不清低等地、不幫忙舖路、等著直接吃高等地者,經查證屬實,第一次罰 50 萬資源 + 高地反還,再犯者永久下野。

8. 嚴禁於大後方自行找人刷戰功或翻地等增加貢獻值之行為,違反者第一次罰各項資源 50 萬且下野 48 小時不保護領地,再犯者永久下野。

9. 這季霸業名額依然看貢獻值,名額請自行努力參與爭取。

S6 統一法令英文版 (現行版本)

1. Protected Area
  1-1. Main castle designated area is 3 tiles, while Sub castle is 2 tiles all around.
  1-2. Enclosure is NOT allowed. Panelty is 500,000 resource and give up the enclosure tiles.
2. Connecting Lands
  2-1. If members want to connect (>= LV.6 lands in Spawning Area) and (>= LV.7 lands in Resource Area), members MUST notify their owners with proper manner. Consider connecting lands are acceptable if there is no response in 3 hours. To avoid conflicts, please snapshot the discussion between members and the owner as proof.
  2-2. The other resource lands(not listed in 2-1) are allowed to connect after protective period.
  2-3. The protection is for members who occupied the land first but not who arrived there to wait.
  2-4. If there is any issue, pls contact the land owner and only ask management for assistance if needed.
  2-5. Once members need the management for assistance, members should provide the proof including the snapshot. Otherwise, the management will not accdept.
  2-6. $Any violation will leads to be moved away from Alliance for 3 days.$ If members violate twice, they will be moved away from Alliance forever.
3. Members should leave Alliance once burning out stamina in Trailer Period. Higher Alliance Level leads Larger Alliance Capacity.
4. The most critical time for the battle is the first 2-4 weeks, which will determine the direction of the season, so please make sure to prioritize the best 1-2 teams based on your own redness and status, and promise to help the league gain an advantage in the early stage. Rather than wait until the alliance has been defeated or crushed others before coming out to fight, it is just called meaningless military exploits.
5. Members are NOT allowed to move castle by personal reason. Moving Castle requries a given list, time, and location. $Any violation will leads penaties including 3,000,000 resource, moving away from Alliance for 48 hours, and all lands are not protective.
6. The Base Power Limitation of members will be 25000, door god will be 28000 as bonus. May be adjusted once engaged enomies.
7. The War Area has no limitation of connecting lands. HOWEVER, if members don't fight, don't clean the low level lands, don't paving, and only wait for getting high level lands, there is penalty: First time, 500,000 resource + give up the lands first time; Second time, move away from Alliance forever.
8. It is strictly forbidden to find someone in the rear to increase the contribution value, such as scoring military exploits or turning the ground. Violators will be fined 500,000 for each resource for the first time and will not protect the territory for 48 hours; moved away from Alliance for the second time.
9. This season's dominance quota still depends on the contribution value, please work hard to participate in the quota.

S1 土地法

[ 1 ]領地概念 - 領地的基線為距離主城寬度的土地(土地包括但不限於資源,河流,山地)
(1)主城領地寬度為3格土地。
(2)分城所屬領地寬度為3格土地。
(3)要塞所屬領地寬度為2格土地。
(4)營帳所屬領地寬度為1格土地。
(5)佔領土地即為領地
[2]不可侵犯原則 - 領地為國家授予城主的基本勢力範圍,受國家保護,神聖不可侵犯
[3]先佔原則 - 除出身地外,因遷城,分城,攻佔要塞取得的領地內已有他人先佔土地的,應保護先佔人權利,不得以領地法主張權利。
[4]相鄰權 - 相鄰兩城領地距離小於10塊土地的,保護先築城一方領地,若無先築城一方,則協商平分土地。
[5]飛地 - 禁佔以他人領地為基點,佔領基點四周土地的屬于飛地。飛地後需要歸還禁佔區內的土地,禁佔區為他人領地周邊4格內的土地,並具有優先遷城權。
[6]鋪路優先原則 - 參與鋪路的領主有優先佔沿線無主土地,並具有優先遷城權。
[7]銅礦 - 國家除1.1領地外,所有9至10級銅礦為國家所有,用以獎勵軍功領主,未經許可不得私佔。
[8]臨時徵用 - 國家可以臨時徵用領主領地,但需要及時歸還。並免除周體一次
[9]領主義務 - 領主每月有向國家納稅義務,稅額以勢力值為準(具體以賦稅法カ為準)
[10]懲罰違反本法者須於24小時內退還侵佔領土,並按侵佔領土數量處罰等份周俸。每侵佔一塊他人領地需罰俸一周。
